• The school may disqualify those short films that do not meet the basic requirements of the contest, notifying the participants that their piece has been disqualified for the relevant reasons. • The school reserves the right to modify the rules, as long as said changes do not affect the spirit of the contest. • The school reserves the right of the advertising use of the projects presented to promote future editions. • The school is not responsible for damage to people, public or private buildings that may be caused by the participants. The subsidiary civil liability will fall on the participants responsible for said acts. • Projects that perpetuate harmful stereotypes that tarnish the name of the city, gender violence, racism and child abuse are not allowed. • The institution anticipates that the filmmakers of the submitted projects have the rights to the short presented, and assumes no responsibility derived from this end. • The finalist projects can be viewed on the website www.salleenvigado.edu.co or other channels of the institution. The participants of the contest grant the rights of exhibition of the submitted projects, without need of any notice or compensation for the granting of such right. For this, they will sign a document authorizing the inclusion of the short on the web www.salleenvigado.edu.co. • There will be a preselection of finalists that will be carried out by the members of the Jury, from which the winners will be chosen: 1, 2 and 3 prize of each category.
