It’s the most wonderful time of the year! And Handmade is putting on the most wonderful market of the year to celebrate the festive season with you. Over three days, we will be presenting 275 stalls of the best gifts, fashion and food. With something for everyone, ticking off your list will be easy. And by doing your Christmas shopping at the Handmade Market, you are supporting Australian small businesses. In these times of mass production, we will be presenting you with a much slower range. Every single product you find at Handmade has been dreamed up, planned and crafted by the stall holders, using carefully sought out local materials and ingredients. We have our popular twilight market on Friday 7th December from 5pm until 9pm. Come and savour the unique atmosphere of Canberra’s biggest indoor market as the sun goes down, while tasting, trying and buying everything you need for Christmas. Then on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December, we’ll be open from 10am until 4pm. Bring your friends for a drink and a shop, come with the kids for some fun, or come on your own for a truly focused shopping trip! We are giving our subscribers early access to the market on one of the days. We had a fabulous tenth birthday party in October! Not only were the halls of EPIC packed with shoppers enjoying the food, design and atmosphere, but we also gave away lots of presents. Every hour, a lucky shopper won a $100 gift card to spend at the market. We also had an Instagram giveaway, a VIP night at the Rex Hotel and three very special packs of our exclusive birthday products made in collaboration with our designers and producers.
