Being healthy is an important aspect in life.

There is a lot of child obesity in America today. All the kids choose to eat junk food and not enough fruits or vegetables. Most of the kids these days eat fast food most of the time because the parents don’t take time out of there day to make a home cook meal. You have to have healthy eating habits and you have to stay active as a kid, because it catches up to you as an adult and you won’t have time to do all of these things to your body because most of the time you will be work-

5 Great Tips on getting that summer body.

1. Eat plenty of healthy foods. Stay away from the chips, cookies, cake, and ice cream. Try to eat fruits, but most importantly vegetables. Go for the ones that have color like carrots or broccoli.

2. Drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of water helps you out a lot by lowering your caloric intake. Even if it’s a diet soda don’t try to drink it because it still interferes in weight loss.

3. Get plenty of sleep! Without sleep it loses your motivation to work out and eating healthy. Getting a good night's rest helps keep you energized and motivated, so that when it comes time to hop on the treadmill, you're energized and ready to go!

4. Exercise. Cardio is a great way burn calories. Cardio gets your heart rate up so it burns extra energy. You should do an hour day work out and run. If you run out of breath take a minute break so your heart rate won’t slow down. After you run you should do a fast pace walk and slow it down then you should be good for the day.

5. Workout routine. Make sure you get a workout routine that works for you because doing all this in a great routine target’s the flab you want gone quickly.

Which is better D&C or Under Armor?

Under Armor calls out D&C and says that there material is not real and they are cheapskates. No one really knew why Under Armor said this, but they did. Later on that day on Friday 13th D&C responded back saying, “there material is not fake and it’s the finest material there is.”

They also state that Under Armor gear falls apart quickly and does not hold up to expectations. This heat battle ended after D&C said that remark towards Under Armor. D&C told us that they went up to people in the streets and asked if they wore Under Armor. The people that said yes answered to the following question “Does your Under Armor gear fall apart quickly than expected?” More than half the people asked responded yes and they have already switched over to D&C or Nike. Now that more people know about this we want to ask the people does your Under Armor fall apart quickly? If so are you going to switch over to D&C or Nike? Or will you stay with Under Armor?
