We created this report for informational purposes to give home owners and prospective buyers a general idea of the types of homes, the approximate size, and the sale prices in 2016 through November. The data is from the MLS and therefore does not include all sales and may contain errors, but it should give you a general idea of prices in 2016. For a more detailed analysis of home prices in your neighborhood please contact me for a free CMA or an even more detailed BMA. To simplify things we broke things down into 4 areas using major cross streets like Shea, Mountain View, Via Linda, Via De Ventura and Hayden. The subdivision maps are from the MRPOA map. The Fed raised interest rates in December and it is anticipated that they might do it again three more times in 2017, so home buyers may want to consider buying sooner rather than later.
