01. ROOF FINISHES // VM ZINC Suitability for all roof pitches above 3o especially in contoured through curve and folded gave an expression of the roof design. • Long-lasting • Colour resilience • Malleable • Aesthetic • Prestigious White finishes to provide cooled temperature on the building. To remain cool within tropical hot climate. Clearer water distribution through its pattern and smoothness.
02. BEAM // I BEAM The curvature and slope of the roof in dual direction uses I Beam as primary beam.
03. JOIST // GLULAM Glulam engineered timber as roof joist that support the roof joint with the beam that follows the shape of the roof. Glulam were chosen for its flexibility and light weight material that can span to 50m • Corrugated metal sheet above Glulam joist • 120mm Flumrock (rockwool) thermal insulation and damp proof membrane land on glulam
04. CEILING FINISHES Enclosed roof structure for protection from entry of animals, leak of water, and other substance that may affect the roof structure.
05. POST AND BUBBLE DECK SLAB Usage of 2 types of post to support the structure and roof. 1. Concrete Rectangular Column 450 x 600mm 2. Circular Hollow Section Column 508 x 16mm The structural floor bubble deck slab surround the building with 200mm thick reinforced concrete slab.

09. POST AND BRIDGE
10. SHEAR WALL
In supporting the bridge that connecting the Tree House Digital Pod, 1 type of post is used to support the bridge slab
Shear wall applied in area of lift is required and used as the primary structure to aid in vertical circulation and to support the above floor slab and roof structure.
