Suzuki Legacy Your Opportunity S
uzuki’s legacy – the contributions of Suzuki products, the heritage of the brand – is one of technology-boosting innovation; it’s about products that burst convention. The Suzuki RMs became an off-road motorcycling force the world-over in the 1970s. In 1983, the world’s first 4-wheeler, the Suzuki QuadRunner LT125, revolutionized off-road travel for work and play. Two years later,
the Suzuki GSX-R750 changed the sportbike market. Add the Hayabusa. The QuadSport Z400. The V-Strom. The KingQuad. Suzuki Boulevard cruisers. The list goes on. And consumers aren’t the only beneficiaries. As exciting as these and other Suzuki vehicles were to motorcycle and ATV fans, the Suzuki legacy is also about building businesses all across the United States. When
Suzuki dealers launched businesses beginning in the 1960s, they found strong market opportunities. The excitement of off-road adventure and the appeal of this more affordable transportation had new and veteran riders pouring into Suzuki dealers. And by the early70s, motorcycles like the GT750 proved that Suzuki was serious about powerful street bikes. That meant a new and even larger customer base.
The factory in Japan was delivering serious motorcycles to the American market. Suzuki was even more serious about building business opportunities. These vital retail centers would serve a growing market of powersports enthusiasts, and the more Suzuki could support these powersports dealers with profit-building ideas, the better they could help grow the whole company. Now celebrating 50 years in America, Suzuki Motor of America, Inc., is focused on
continuing this legacy, and the company has exciting opportunities for determined business professionals in select regions of the country. Now could be your chance to join and be part of the Suzuki legacy. Powersports fans win. Suzuki dealers win. And so does Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. Relationships like this build loyalty that lasts. That’s a powerful legacy. The next 50 years will be even better than the first.

Suzuki Genuine Parts are the same as those originally installed on new Suzuki vehicles. And with their attractive packaging, these replacement parts are highly marketable. Because of their fix-itthe-first-time fit and quality, these parts help improve a Suzuki dealer’s efficiency and profitability. Suzuki’s Parts Department makes it easy to order and stock Suzuki Genuine Parts so a business owner can remain at work serving Suzuki customers.

When accessories pass the stringent Suzuki testing, their high-quality is assured. That’s why Genuine Suzuki Accessories make such good partners for Suzuki motorcycles, scooters, and ATVs. Whether motor oils, riding gear, or the best-known gear bags, Genuine Suzuki Accessories are business boosters. Because consumers spend, on average, $700 on parts and accessories within the first year of purchasing a new powersports vehicle (as reported by the Motorcycle Industry Council), it’s easy for dealers to stock and sell Genuine Suzuki Accessories at the time of vehicle purchase - products
are available for a wide variety of Suzuki motorcycles, scooters and ATVs.

Suzuki Motor of America, Inc., serves its dealers with Sales Support programs that help close deals while increasing per-sale profitability. Craftsman Manufacturing and Assembly – Craftsmanship At a fully modern plant in Toyokawa, Japan, measuring more than 800,000 square feet, hundreds of employees of the Suzuki Motor Corporation craft the finest motorcycles in the world. SMAC factory, Rome, Georgia Suzuki Manufacturing of America Corp. (SMAC) opened in 2001 on a 35-acre site in Rome, Georgia to assemble Suzuki KingQuad ATVs. The factory’s 200-plus employees assemble award-winning Suzuki ATVs at the 130,000-square foot plant. The location – in the middle of the biggest ATV market on the planet – allows Suzuki
to harness real-world rider needs for future product development. And since “Just In Time” delivery is crucial, SMAC secures regional parts suppliers wherever possible. This helps improve the competitive advantage and the local economy, too. This Suzuki factory also helps balance international trade by shipping to Suzuki dealers in the U.S. and Canada, and to almost 60 countries worldwide.
Next: While helping to build memories for consumers, and businesses for Suzuki dealers, Suzuki also helped create champions on road and off-road circuits across the country and the world.
Professional riders in closedcourse environments
Competing to Win, and to Win Customers Racing is in Suzuki’s blood - it’s part of our DNA. More importantly, racing is vital to Suzuki customers. Some simply want to wear the same gear as Yoshimura Suzuki Factory racers; others enjoy closed-course competition themselves. Either way racing is an integral component of the our powersports lifestyle.
Suzuki makes the finest racing vehicles, including the GSX-R sportbikes and the RM-Z line of motocross bikes. The GSX-R remains today’s most-popular roadrace machine in AMA competition. And Suzuki’s RM-Z family has a famed history of racing championships worldwide.
Suzuki Motor of America, Inc., gives customers the opportunity to earn money on the racetrack. By providing millions of dollars through its contingency programs for road and off-road racing, Suzuki helps support a competition lifestyle, and encourages these customers to spend that money at their Suzuki dealer.

uzuki is growing, and we’re looking for business professionals in select regions to work hard with us and continue that growth. These people include District Sales Managers who regularly work with Suzuki dealers; Technical Service Managers who help improve customer satisfaction through opportunities with service and parts sales; countless personnel in the corporate headquarters and in regional offices to guide marketing, logistics, racing and more; and Suzuki dealers who are the most visible face of Suzuki to American consumers.
