DEVELOPMENT OF 3 CONCEPT IDEAS
Vintage
Retro
Contemporary
The vintage theme takes on a feminine approach with the use of bunting, ribbons and vintage frames with soft patterns. This is inspired by the client’s desire to have a quirky appearance with a homely, personal touch coming through in the service they offer.
Simple illustrations with block colours have been used to create a retro feel. The birds from the company logo have been used to draw attention to the strap line on the inside spread. The purple colour scheme was developed due to purple being the main colour used on the client’s website. A different way of interpreting ‘quirky’.
Big focus on imagery and large text with the bird illustration from the logo being used to balance colour and highlight areas. The idea is that the two big words on each page will change from spread to spread. This is the chosen design bt the client prefers and will be used for the final resolution.

As per request an attempt has been made to move away from the corporate and formal look of the client’s current website. Juste Nous wishes to be perceived less corporate and more contemporary and ‘quirky’ with a feel of personal touch. The audience ranges from wedding parties to smaller more casual and intimate parties through to big company events.

Contemporary Design
The existing website has quite a formal and corporate feel to it. It was advised to move away from this look and achieve a more relaxed and contemporary feel.
