From this, the idea of bringing in a another typeface in a more handwritten form arose. The purpose of this is to ‘talk’ to the reader and explain the concept as well as visually showing it. Tone of Voice
Parents with children aged 2 to mid teens. Family orientated and wanting space saving solutions in their children’s bedroom. They expect quality, service and first class home assembly. They have a desire to stamp their own mark on their living spaces and want to express individual taste in the way they furnish their home. They have an increasing appetite for personalised style.
In order to keep the look in line with the existing branding the same type face has been applied, however, an addition of a new typeface has been introduced to give the modular storage range its own identity within the range. The client wishes to invite the consumer to create their own unique combinations rather than feeling steered into buying fixed combinations. The colour scheme follows the same guidelines as the main leaflet for body copy. Additional use of accent colours has been used in connection with some images. The leaflet insert will be printed on 170g silk stock.
Effort has been made to ensure that the tone of voice used is appropriate both to the Stompa brand and to the audience shopping at John Lewis.
