We will ask that any potential buyer expressing an interest in your property put their offer in writing. We will be there to assist you and offer advice on the written offers received, so that you can make a timely and informed decision with as little stress as possible.
Written Progress Report We will provide you with a detailed, written report on what marketing activities have occurred to date, the enquiry and buyer viewings that marketing has generated and what is planned for the following period of time. Our report will be updated on a regular basis. Overview feedback we have gathered from buyers and any relevant activity in the market that could impact the outcome of your property will also be presented.
