Adelaide’s house price boom continues While nationally house prices have fallen for the first time since the start of the pandemic, the property market in Adelaide has bucked the trend. There’s no stopping the property boom in Adelaide even as house prices elsewhere in the country have fallen for the first time since the start of the pandemic. .

According to the PropTrack monthly Home Price Index, Adelaide and Brisbane have emerged as the strongest performing capitals over the month of May, with both markets bucking the trend and delivering continued growth this year..
