BODY CORPORATE Body Corporate fees will be confirmed at the inaugural General Meeting to be held at the earliest available date. Annual levies are estimated in the range of $1100-1500. These will include strata insurance thus granting owners automatic building cover. Yes! There is a standard allowance for inclusions for the units, with different options available for your choice.

A deposit will be required upon acceptance of your offer. The balance will is paid on the settlement date, being the day the property becomes yours!

This option is available until the unit reaches the final fit out stages.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

The titles will be issued approximately one month after each unit has been completed. Your settlement date will then be scheduled to take place and after this you will be able to move in!
