To Tone Everything at Once Step 1: Step 1: Stand keeping the feet together and the right leg should manage the body weight. The knee should be in a bent position. The person should lift his leg and bend forward at the hips, keeping the body parallel to the floor. Step 2: The ABS should be pulled in and the right glute should be squeezed while turning. The left foot must stay away from the floor. Complete three sets of 10 each with both the sides.


For Sturdy Knees Raise one leg and stand on the other leg. Spread the arms for maintaining balance while keeping the front leg up. Try to touch the back foot with opposite hand while squatting down. Do 10 reps with each side.


To Stand Taller Keep the ABS tight and back straight. Keep the hands and the legs on the floor with the body in upward direction. Pick one leg and one hand up until they touch. Repeat the process ten times each on both the sides.


For Stronger Abs Lie on your back, keeping one leg in raised and other in a bent position. The opposite hand is kept on the knee. Lift the pelvis and keep the ABS engaged. The hips should be kept still while lowering the arm and leg, Do 10 reps each on both sides.
