Take showering to a new level with Grohtherm Wireless! Utilising the latest wire-free technology, our remote-controlled thermostat transforms the daily ritual of showering into an effortless and enjoyable experience. Combining a base unit, main control and remote control, Grohtherm Wireless! is a comfortable and convenient showering solution, designed to be enjoyed by all members of the family. By selecting one of three programmable memory buttons each user can pre-set their preferred water temperature and flow rate, so that their ideal shower is waiting for them when they reach the bathroom. Built-in features, such as the On(SafeStart)/Off button ensure that the shower can always be started at
a pleasant temperature of 38 degrees Celcius. To raise the temperature above this level the SafeStop (temperature override) button must be pressed – so there’s no risk of accidental scalding. In addition, the innovative Pause button allows you to stop the water mid-shower to wash your hair. A feature that is not only practical, it helps save water too. Finally, both the main and remote controls are intuitive and easy to use. They can be located wherever you desire – giving you the freedom to design and create a personalised bathing space.

1. Main control As the main control is not attached directly to the thermostat, it can be positioned anywhere within the showering area.
Main control Wire-free technology means that the main control and base unit can be placed independent of one another.
2. Remote control The wire-free remote control can be located anywhere in the house. Whether it is by the side of your bed or in the bathroom, the choice is yours.

3. 3. Base unit The thermostatic base unit can be fixed horizontally or vertically and will fit into the tightest of spaces, such as the ceiling cavity above the shower or under the bath. The unit can either be pumped or un-pumped to suit your plumbing system.
Three-programmable memory buttons allow each user to select their preferred temperature and flow rate. Visual and audible signals let you know when your shower is ready. The flow rate is then reduced until you are ready to start your shower. Should you forget that you have turned the shower on, it will be turned off automatically after five minutes. An On(SafeStart)/Off button can be used to start the shower at the safe temperature of 38 degrees Celcius. Backlit digital displays show the temperature and flow rate. A Pause button allows you to stop the water mid-shower and re-start it at exactly the same setting. Battery operation means that there are no electrics in the shower area.
Remote control The battery operated remote control can be placed anywhere in the home. Three pre-set user buttons, which correspond to those on the main control, enable you to start your shower from the bedroom at your preferred temperature and flow rate. Grohtherm Wireless! can be combined with any GROHE showerhead. To help you choose, we have developed a range of Wireless! shower sets that cover all installation types and design preferences.
Base unit Two types of base unit are available: pumped and un-pumped, making Grohtherm Wireless! suitable for both high and low pressure water systems. Use of wire-free technology allows for flexible and easy installation. The unit can be fitted vertically or horizontally in a variety of locations, including under the bath or in the ceiling cavity above your shower. To complement the style of your bathroom, it can be combined with any showerhead.
Ceiling kit This dual-function riser bar is fixed to the ceiling and carries the water to the shower, rather than through the wall. It is ideal if you want to add a shower to an existing bathroom, without having to re-tile the walls.

‘Plug and play’ technology For fast installation, the base unit features push-fit connections for water inlet and outlet. It can be fixed either horizontally or vertically and will fit into the tightest of spaces, such as the ceiling cavity above your shower or underneath the bath. Two models, un-pumped and pumped, cater for all domestic plumbing situations.
At GROHE, we focus on efficient use of water. Our showers are designed to deliver the best experience while using the least amount of water. By maximising the potential of every single drop, Grohtherm Wireless! uses less water to deliver a pleasurable and enjoyable shower.
at a flow pressure of 1 bar - the same amount as a regular handshower. Rainshower® Jumbo, our 400mm diameter head shower, uses 18 litres per minute at a flow pressure of 2 bar. This is up to 50% less than the volume used by a competitor’s 350mm shower head.
The innovative Pause function, available on all Wireless! showers, is another example of how creating the perfect balance of technology and design ensures economical use of resources. Pausing your shower while you are washing your hair, is not only convenient for the user it saves a significant amount of water. When you are ready to rinse your hair, simply press the button again to re-start the shower at exactly the same temperature.
