From his humble roots on the south side of Chicago, Deval Patrick ‘78, JD ‘82, LLD ‘15 went on to become a nationally known civil rights attorney and was twice elected to the Governor’s office. His roots with Harvard run deep, having graduated from the College and Harvard Law School, receiving an honorary degree in 2015 and now serving as a Professor of Practice and Co-Director of the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School.
