It Consists Of Community Centre, Playground, Two Ponds Party House Mosque , Mazar Of Hazrat Ibrahim Adam, Wasa Pump House And 30 Old With 8 Flats In Each Floor Totalling 240flats (1531 Sq Ft E - Type & F Type Flat). There Are Also 22 New 5-storied Buildings With 220 Flats(1000 Sq Ft/ Flat).

INTERACTION: .THERE IS THE CHANCE TO GET TOGATHER IN THE FIELD. DENSITY: .DENSITY IS SENSIBLE COMPARE TO OUTSIDE OF COLONY. .ABOUT 4000 PEOPLE WITHIN 192455O SQ FT VEGETATION: .53% GREEN SPACE WITHIN TOTAL AREA. ALL TREES ARE NATURALLY GROWN. NO CARE TO MAINTAIN THE DESIGNED SPACE. ENCROACHMENT: .PUBLIC AMENITIES, SCHOOL, LADIES CLUB, CHILD CARE CENTER, COMMUNITY CENTER, TENNIS COURT, MOSQUE ARE PRESENT. SO COMMUNITY PEOPLE ARE BENEFITTED. CULTURAL DIVERSITY: .IN THE COLONY ALL FAMILY ARE NOT FROM THE SAME DISTRICT. DIFFERENT DISTRICT HAS THEIR OWN CULTURE. BECAUSE OF THEIR INTERACTION THEY CAN KNOW ABOUT MORE DISTRICTS CULTURE.
