PROMOTERS’ MESSAge

GOOD EVENING EVERYONE and welcome to Promoters Colliding: Repeat or Revenge. Another big night of boxing brought to you by Neilson Boxing & TM14 Promotions awaits. This is the 12th show in this promotional collaboration which has seen talent flourish and new champions crowned, tonight that continues.

Still at the beginning of their careers as professionals but already being talked about in the community, we have the likes of Kieren Keen (1-0), Tommy Petchell (2-0) & Max Schultz (1-0). This is a great platform to springboard their careers at this early stage.

The more experienced professionals on the card include Sonny Hardy (7-0), Joseph Abercrombie (5-0) & Finley James (5-0) all of which will have one eye on titles towards the back end of 2025. Sonny & Finley

featured on the previous Promoters Colliding card, so know the attention this larger shows can bring.

In our first battle of the unbeaten we see a clash of “Experience vs Activity” as Onder Ozgul takes on Liam Forrest. Ozgul made his debut in 2014 but has only boxed twice since 2017, Forrest on the other hand had all 3 or his professional bouts in 2024.

Another clash of unbeaten boxers will see Daniel Francis vs Oliver Duffy for the Vacant Southern Area Welterweight Title. Both boxers have had the majority of their bouts under the Neilson or TM14 banner, so this bout really encapsulates Promoters Colliding.

Calne’s Connor Gray will look to make the first defence of his Commonwealth Silver Title against Leed’s Billy Pickles, with neither

boxer having fought in London before. Pickles will be looking to pick up his first title after a failed attempt at the English Title whilst Gray will see this as an opportunity to push towards further belts.

Our main event is another example of experience vs youth as IBO International champion Billy Allington goes toe to toe with unbeaten Jake Henty. There is no favourite in this 50/50 with pundits unable to split the fighters & with an opportunity to fight for the Commonwealth Title around the corner for the winner, both fighters will be looking to bring their best.

After an impressive win for TM14 last year we return to the 02 Indigo but will it be Repeat or Revenge?

Enjoy The Show!

Mark Neilson & Jon Trethewey

JAKE IS A RISING STAR from Welling, London, making waves in the boxing scene with an undefeated record of 8 wins, including 2 by knockout. A 5’11” southpaw, he made his pro debut in November 2021 with a decisive win at the iconic York Hall. Managed by Ryan Barrett, Henty has built momentum with impressive performances, including a dominant victory over Alfie Winter.

Before turning professional, Henty enjoyed a decorated amateur career, representing England internationally over a span of five years. He claimed three national titles and competed in prestigious tournaments like the Tri-Nations and European Championships, finishing his amateur run with an outstanding record of 50 fights and only five losses. This strong foundation sharpened his technical abilities and mental discipline, setting the stage for his smooth transition into the professional ranks.

Still searching for his first title opportunity many believe Jake can go all the way and he will be looking to prove that this evening.

BILLY ALLINGTON IS A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL from Egham, Surrey, England, who has made significant strides in his nine years in the sport. Standing at 5 feet 9 inches, Allington boasts a professional record of 13 wins, 3 losses, and 4 draws. He began his professional career on October 15, 2016, and has since demonstrated resilience and dedication in the ring. Throughout his career, Allington has always been in the title hunt and in September 2021, he captured the Southern Area title, followed by securing the English title in February 2022. His ambition led him to challenge for the British super lightweight title in February 2023 and the WBC International Silver super lightweight title in November 2023. Most recently, in March 2024, he clinched the IBO International super lightweight title, underscoring his progression in the sport.

Stepping into the ring with an unbeaten opponent is nothing new for Billy and he will be looking into even bigger fights if he can pick up this win tonight.

NORWICH, NORFOLK

“THE BANDIT” DANIEL FRANCIS, hailing from Norwich, Norfolk, is an unbeaten welterweight known for his orthodox stance and impressive power. Francis has maintained an unblemished professional record of 9 wins, with 2 victories by knockout. He made his professional debut on September 16, 2023, securing a win against Dale Arrowsmith at the Laura Trott Leisure Centre in Cheshunt. Since then, he has consistently showcased his skills, with recent victories over opponents like Ryan Frost in February 2025 and Toseef Masud in December 2024.

With two 1st round stoppages to his name many believe Francis has the power to claim many titles beyond the Southern Area. Win tonight could be seen as just a stepping stone by many but Francis cannot risk looking past the man in front of him this evening.

7-0 (1 KO)

OLIVER “OLLIE” DUFFY is a sharp and composed welterweight prospect from Luton, Bedfordshire, carving out an undefeated path in the professional ranks. Since making his debut in October 2021 with a confident points win over Rustem Fatkhullin, Duffy has gone on to build a 7-0 record, including a solid performance in the USA against Roberto Pina in October 2024. Standing at 5’8”, Duffy blends technical discipline with slick movement, consistently showing a level of composure beyond his years.

Before stepping into the pro spotlight, Duffy developed his craft through a strong amateur foundation, where he honed his skills and ring IQ. Tonight represents a big step up in opponent for Duffy and if he passes the test he will be looking and more titles in the future.

(1 KO)

STANDING AT 5 FEET 9 INCHES, Gray has maintained an unblemished professional record of 13 wins, with one victory by knockout. He made his professional debut on November 20, 2021, securing a win against Gary McGuire at the MECA in Swindon. Since then, he has consistently showcased his skills, with recent victories over opponents like Eliecer Quezada in September 2024 and Issa Maneva in June 2024.

Before turning professional, Gray had an extensive amateur career, training under coach Liam Lathbury at the Emerald Gym in Chippenham. He began boxing at the age of 13 and developed a style well-suited for the professional ranks, characterized by good movement and precise shot placement. His amateur experience laid a solid foundation for his seamless transition into professional boxing. A win tonight and a defence of his Silver title will put Connor in the driving seat for a shot at the full Commonwealth strap.

BILLY “THE KID” PICKLES, hailing from Leeds, Yorkshire, campaigns at super lightweight and is known for his orthodox stance and impressive ring skills. Pickles has amassed a professional record of 16 wins, 1 loss, and no draws, with one victory by knockout. He made his professional debut on November 25, 2016, securing a points victory over Rudolf Durica at the Leeds United FC Banqueting Suite. A notable performance includes a unanimous decision win over Keanen Wainwright in July 2024, positioning him as a contender for the Commonwealth Silver title this evening.

Before turning professional, Pickles had an extensive amateur career, participating in 67 bouts and representing England three times. He also secured both Yorkshire and national titles, showcasing his prowess and commitment to the sport from an early age.

This bout represents a significant opportunity for Pickles to elevate his standing in the boxing rankings and pursue more prestigious titles in the future.

ÖNDER “LITTLE MIKE” ÖZĞÜL is an undefeated super middleweight boxer based out of Enfield, London, known for his sharp technique, relentless work ethic, and measured aggression inside the ring. Standing at 5’8”, Özğül carries a professional record of 13 wins, no defeats, and 1 draw, with 4 of those victories coming by way of knockout. Since his pro debut in March 2014 at the iconic York Hall, he has steadily built a reputation as a tough, technically sound fighter with the grit to go the distance and the precision to control the pace of a bout.

Onder’s journey in the sport is also shaped by close family ties—his younger brother, Siar Özğül, is also a professional boxer—adding a layer of inspiration and internal competition to his boxing story. The main question that will be asked of Onder is does he still have the desire after only boxing twice since 2017.

LIAM FORREST comes in this evening as a bit of an unknown entity with only 3 fights to his name. Fighting out of Brighton, East Sussex and standing at 5’9”, Forrest has started his professional journey with a clean record, showcasing grit and technical polish each time he steps into the ring. His most recent outing, a dominant points win over Tom Ramsden in October 2024, further solidified his reputation as a fighter with serious potential and ring IQ to match.

Forrest’s success as a pro is backed by an accomplished amateur pedigree. With over 45 fights under his belt, he’s a six-time Southern Counties champion, a two-time senior elite champion, and a silver medallist at the prestigious Haringey Box Cup. He also claimed multiple London Championships and at one point held the #1 amateur light heavyweight ranking in the UK. Can Liam bring that amateur success to the professional game?
