The most popular treatments are our famous signature treatments on our wavabalance lounger. We have developed these treatments especially for our Onda Spa concept. The lounger is like a water bed with rhythmic vibes according to music and the treatment. The “wave” motions support the effectiveness & relax factor of the treatment itself. The exclusive Onda Spa wavebalance® Yin and Yang treatments support you on a rational and emotional level as you rediscover your regenerative abilities and creative strength. Inspired by a renewed sense of security, you will find the strength of purpose to make your dreams come true. The two treatments are ideally combined to maximise effects. The ebb and flow of the water from the wavebalance® Sound waterbed is transferred gently to your entire body. The resulting state of release promotes a mindful approach to functional and spiritual motion. Movement processes are harmonised and redefined on a cellular level according to their original wave and spiral-shaped dynamics. As you absorb the sound vibrations and let go completely, your thoughts stop racing and your mind is cleared. You feel at peace, re-centred, and full of new energy. Even your sports performance can be improved sustainably. Optionally, this treatment can be administered. with oil for an enhanced flowing sensation.

Which measures did you take to ensure customers feel confident to return to the spa during the challenging times brought about by the covid pandemic? How do you as manager keep your employees motivated to ensure award winning service is always delivered?
We introduced a special Coronavirus Task Force “Safety first“. We work in close cooperation with the Quellenhof Medical Center (located in our resort in South Tyrol) and implemented some very important tools and regulations.
1. The latest generation of thermal imaging cameras for fever detection are at various entrances. 2. Reliable Corona PCR tests, Corona antigen tests and Corona antibody tests can be booked easily. 3. All employees are tested twice a week and only work in good health. 4. All guests must present a negative test no older than 48 hours upon arrival. Of course, from now on an anti-Covid vaccination certificate or a certificate of a cured Covid disease also applies. 5. ncreased attention when cleaning (Contact surfaces such as buttons in elevators, handrails, door handles, light switches, remote controls, touch screens, etc. are disinfected even more frequently, all laundry is washed pore-deep clean at 95 ° and sealed airtight,…) 6. Hand disinfectants are available for you at all strategic points. 7. All employees work with face masks (FFP2) 8. Safety distances have been adjusted in all areas. 9. We use the state-of-the-art disinfection system ERSA, which is unproblematic to use for surfaces, people and food because it is non-toxic and harmless. 10. Saunas by appointment only

Yes, we do. Although our spa is running very good without further promotion It is important to us that all employees support the Quellenhof philosophy and live it themselves.
