North Carolina Wine Festival Returns This Fall

North Carolina’s thriving wine industry has a rich history dating back to the 17th century, and it plays a pivotal role in shaping the state’s overall appeal. For the past two decades, North Carolina’s incredible wine industry has taken center stage each fall during the North Carolina Wine Festival. This can’t-miss event attracts visitors from across the U.S., and it’s just around the corner. The North Carolina Wine Festival showcases the state’s wine industry, bringing enthusiasts, wine producers, and industry insiders together for a one-day spectacle. Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, a centrally located city between some of North Carolina’s largest communities, will host the festival on October 28th. The North Carolina Wine Festival will present multiple food options, from pizza to Mexican cuisine, but the real highlight will be the wineries. More than 30 wineries from across the state will provide tastings and bottles for sale. These producers will range from massive commercial operations to smaller family-owned ventures. The festival will also feature outstanding live performances from the Chairmen of the Board, a renowned soul music group, and The Dave Matthews Tribute Band.
