COMMUNITY EDUCATION SPRING 2015 COMMUNITY EDUCATION 2015 CLASS OFFERINGS CLASS SPRING OFFERINGS
Community Education Spring 2015
Superintendent’s Message…
Registration April 20-24
The printing of our Spring Community Education flyer signals we are nearing the end of another school year. We are very proud and fortunate to have a strong community education program. Robyn Lewis does an outstanding job of recruiting talented folks within our community and assembling a wide variety of offerings. We hope you are able to find an offering that piques your interest and you are able to enroll in one of our classes this spring. These final days often create some of the most lasting memories of each school year. It is a time of goodbyes and new beginnings all at once. At Havre High School there are students eagerly anticipating their final walk across the stage at Havre High and another group of students in the audience looking forward to writing 2016 on the windows of their vehicles. The events and activities of spring stir up a wonderful mixture of emotions in our district. These days are also great reminders to me just how significant the work that is performed every day at each of our school buildings and our facilities is. It makes me feel so grateful for our staff, knowing that they will carry on the “Tradition of Excellence” that has been fostered in Havre Public Schools. If there are any service groups or organizations that would like to hear about what is happening in Havre Public Schools, I would greatly welcome the opportunity to share our story. Please contact me at the Robins Administration Building 265-4356 to set up a time and place. Remember to ask a child how they feel about school. Havre Public Schools’ Community Education is excited to offer many successful previously offered classes and several new classes for Spring session. All payments for classes are due registration week (April 20—24). Payments may be mailed or dropped off, in person, at the Community Education office in the Robins Administration Building. We are now accepting credit/debit cards for payment. Call or stop by for details. Early registration and payment will help ensure the class is offered and is not overcrowded. Late registrations will be accepted only if class space is available and the class has not been cancelled. Students MUST be at least 18 years of age to participate in classes. No exceptions! Refunds will be made only if you notify the Community Education office five days prior to class starting or 10 days for classes where the instructor or Com. Ed. purchases supplies. If class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and refunded any payment you have made. Returned checks recovered by Credit Bureau of Havre. $30.00 will be added to all returned checks.
