Broiled Salmon in Lemon Caper Sauce Ingredients 4-5 6 oz. filets of salmon ½ jar Lemon Caper cooking sauce

Directions Preheat oven to broil. In a greased baking pan add the salmon filets and pour the lemon caper sauce over each filet. Broil 4-6 inches away from the heat (very top shelf of the oven) broil for 10-13 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes apart with a fork. Plate salmon onto serving plates and pour remaining sauce from the pour over each filet (for extra sauce heat an additional Âź cup of sauce in the microwave for 30 second and pour over the salmon). Garnish with Italian parsley and serve with your choice of vegetables and rice or pasta. .
