Slow cooker mushroom masala pork chops Ingredients 4-5 thick cut boneless pork chops 1 jar Mushroom Marsala cooking sauce

Directions Pour a Âź of a jar of Mushroom Marsala cooking sauce in the slow cooker to coat the bottom of the pot. Add 4-5 pork chops and the rest of the bottle of sauce. Make sure the chops are covered in sauce. If needed add some stock or water to cover the chops. Toss chops in pot to fully distribute the sauce in between each chop. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Fingerling potatoes can be added to cook with the pork chops if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes or the fingerling potatoes. Garnish with Italian parsley.
