Lamb Chops in a Minty White Wine Sauce Ingredients 4-5 lamp chops ½ jar Herbed White Wine cooking sauce 4-5 Tablespoons Mint Sauce (Crosse & Blackwell brand in the dressing section)
Directions Combine lamb chops, Herbed White Wine sauce and mint sauce in a bag and marinate for 2+ hours. Preheat oven to broil. In a greased baking pan add the chops and pour the sauce over each chop. Broil 4-6 inches away from the heat (very top shelf of the oven) broil for 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Plate the chops onto serving plates and pour the gathered sauce from the pan over each chop. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with your choice of vegetables potatoes.
