Hiyama only offers private rooms, with tatami seating. The restaurant is built in the style of a tea-ceremony house and has a meat store on the ground floor which has been operating since 1912.

A producer who is always passionate about producing delicious meat. He believes that deliciousness has created the story of world-class Japanese food culture. The happy story on the dining table has deeply integrated into everyone's lifestyle.
