Promotion and lack of social interests are the limitations of this program. Co-living lifestyle in Hong Kong is still in developing stage and not fully accepted by the general public.
This program has a consierable sustainability under the current situation and future development in housing. It is a counter measure to deal with couples willing to live together but facing the unaffordable price in private housing and prolonged waiting time in public housing.
