A fusion of industrial and modern aesthetics - Heritage, Conversion Inspired from the site surroundings, we would like to conserve some features of the industrial environment, and by redesigning with modern approach to attract youngsters to live in, to transform an old industrial area into an energetic, young community. Besides providing a better living environment, we also focused on encouraging youngsters entrepreneurship and improve working atmosphere. In order to increase the communication and cooperating experience for young people, we have broken the concept of traditional office, and transform into a living office. Furthermore, they can showcase their work in the exhibition area, this can not just increase their fame but also creating an healthy competing atmosphere between them.
