The CPAA Expo is back in Sydney for 2025, promising a bigger and better experience and lower investment cost with expanded exhibition space, this year’s event will offer more than ever. The Association Management Committee has unanimously chosen the Sydney Dragway (Eastern Creek Raceway) as the venue, set for Sunday, March 30, 2025. Bringing together the concrete pumping industry for one day, this Expo is a unique opportunity to connect with professionals across Australia. The concrete pumping industry is made up of approx 1,300 concrete pumping related businesses operating 8,000 pieces of concrete placing equipment around Australia. These companies are responsible for providing time critical, dependable and safe concrete placing ability to both major and minor infrastructure.
This industry nationally employs some 12,000 people, operating invested capital of $3.5 billion to pump materials (e.g. concrete) each year. The concrete pumping industry contributes approximately $2 billion of revenues into the economy and is an integral part of the construction industry, contributing $11.7 billion to GDP.
At the 2025 Expo, we are expecting to welcome hundreds of visitors, representing a variety of industries including:

Can’t attend the Expo this year to promote your business? You can still reach 100% of attendees with a showbag insert in the 2025 CPAA Expo Showbag, which is handed out to all delegates upon arrival at registration.
Send us your latest marketing brochure or provide something a little different, that the delegates can take home with them (e.g. pen, ruler, keyring, hat, drink bottle etc).
Alternatively, you can include a half page (A5 landscape) advertisement in the Expo (artwork to be supplied by your organisation). Advertisers will also have their Company name, logo and weblink included on the Official Expo Website.
Please note: Sponsoring organisations must advise the Expo Organisers of their insert type and ensure document inserts (brochures etc) are no more than 10 pages.
The 2025 Expo Trade Exhibition will feature a Passport Program to encourage attendees to visit each of the exhibitors and increase overall exhibition attendance. We believe that this program will add value to those organisations who choose to make a significant investment in the Conference by being part of the Trade Exhibition.
How the Passport Program will work:
• Each delegate will receive an Exhibition Passport in their Expo Showbag
• Delegates will need to visit every Exhibitor over the day of the Expo and have their Passport stamped by each Exhibitor.
• Exhibitors will be provided with a stamp at the beginning of the Expo. When delegates have their Passports completed (stamped by all Exhibitors), they will then be able to submit their Passports into the entry box located at the Expo Registration Desk before 4pm on the day of Expo
• All Passports must be lodged at the Expo Registration Desk by the conclusion of lunch on the final day of the Conference.
• A prize draw will be conducted at the closing session of the Conference.
• Exhibitors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate goods to be included in the prize pool. The Sponsor/ Exhibitor organisation will be acknowledged for their prize donation as it is being drawn on stage in the final session of the Conference.
The Exhibitors Manual, to be sent out three months prior to the Expo, will provide you with all of the information you need in order to plan for your attendance as a Trade Exhibitor at the 2025 Expo.
Exhibitors should consult their own insurance company and/or broker for proper coverage of their exhibits and displays. In most cases you will be able to extend your existing policy. Public Liability Insurance cover for your Exhibition area must be taken out for a minimum of $10,000,000 from the day Expo on Sunday to the completion. A copy of your current Public Liability Certificate of Currency must be provided in order for your organisation to exhibit.

SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITING BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services offered by the Expo managers and all prices in this document are exclusive of the GST. GST is calculated at the date of publication of this document. The Expo managers reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of the GST. 2. Sponsorship will be allocated only on receipt of a signed Booking Form and Booking Terms & Conditions. A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking, together with a tax invoice for the required 50% deposit. The deposit is payable 7 days from the date of the tax invoice. The balance is due and payable 30 days from the issuing of the invoice. 3. All monies are payable in Australian dollars. Cheques should be made payable to CPAA Inc and must be drawn on an Australian bank. 4. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by the Expo managers prior to the event. No organisation will be listed as a Sponsor in any official meeting material until full payment and a booking form have been received by the Expo managers. 5. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, a service fee of 50% of total fees applies for cancellations prior to 4th November. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. After Sponsorship has been confirmed and accepted, a reduction in Sponsorship is considered a cancellation and will be governed by the stated cancellation policy. 6. No Sponsor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their Sponsorship package except upon prior written consent of the Expo managers. 7. Sponsorship monies will facilitate towards the successful planning and promotion of the meeting in addition to subsidising the cost of management, communication, Invited Speakers, program and publications. Sponsorship monies are not expended on any entertainment incurred which is incidental to the activities of the Expo. 8.Sponsorship entitlements including organisation logo on the Expo website and other marketing material will be delivered upon receipt of the required deposit/full payment.
