Water News and River Flows River flows were taken on the Frio, Nueces and South Llano Rivers on October 13th, 2015 with flows continuing to drop as we progress into the fall season. Forecasts are calling for a wetter and cooler than normal fall and winter and I for one hope this prediction come true, El Nino conditions continue to build in the Pacific Ocean setting us up for a much needed change in weather patterns. As of the writing of this article forecasts are calling for a good chance of rain for the later part of the week of October 19th – 23rd.
