LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear Friends, As you peruse this report, I invite you to reflect upon the unique, life-changing experiences students encounter at Holy Cross. A student’s academic performance, even when coupled with athletics and extracurricular activities, does not reflect their complete educational experience. An education in the Holy Cross Tradition instills values that build character, ensuring success not just in school, but in life. Our Mission is at the core of all we do. Our Holy Cross community includes an immensely talented and committed group of students, faculty, and staff who work with an ever-present sense of this Mission. We are committed to a philosophy that focuses on the spiritual, the intellectual, and on service to the community. We educate the heart as well as the mind, striving not just to be successful, but exemplary. Excellence is the expectation, not the exception. Excellence does not come without a cost. Your generosity, as evidenced in this Annual Report, allows us to continue to live our Mission and sets the standard for a Catholic, Holy Cross, college preparatory education for thousands of students. You are making a difference in the lives of these students. Your investment provides outstanding academic and athletic programs, financial aid, resources for teachers, a rich community environment and much more. By partnering with us through your annual support, you enable us to provide the kind of excellence that is synonymous with a Holy Cross education. This report is a way to recognize and thank you for that partnership and reflects the pride that we all have in our outstanding Holy Cross community. I am truly grateful for all that you do. Sincerely,
Tim McDonald

Mission Statement
he Mission of Holy Cross High School is to assist in the total Christian education of young men and women. To accomplish this, Holy Cross High School, in cooperation with parents, provides a framework which fosters integration of the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth of each individual. Holy Cross High School is an integral part of the mission of the Catholic Church. Our special role at Holy Cross High School is founded on the love that Jesus Christ has for us. We believe this love will lead us to an awareness of the uniqueness of each person in the Holy Cross community. The school’s PURPOSE is to foster the development of conscience and a sense of responsibility in each member of the school community. We trust that the awareness of Christ’s love for us will lead us to a Christian commitment which manifests love and concern for all.
Why do I give to Holy Cross? "That Christ’s light may shine brightly in a new generation of Catholic men and women.” Scott Price Alumni Parent
