When you hear the phrase “horse country,” Greenwich, Connecticut—just across the border from New York state and a mere 40-minute train ride from midtown Manhattan—may not immediately come to mind. “If someone is looking for a personal farm with all the accessories, still wants other lifestyle amenities and an easier commute into New York City, Greenwich is ideal.”

“This farm is for someone with means, that wants to train their own personal horses, but it could still be expanded for full-time use even though most people at this caliber go to Wellington for the winter.

Claroni also represents the seller of 530 Round Hill Road Greenwich, a classic Georgian Colonial-styled six-bedroom home built in 1937 and presiding over nearly 14 acres of land It is offered to the market for $13 million
