Heather James Fine Art has partnered with Artsy to host an auction benefiting Living Free Animal Sanctuary. Located on 154 acres in the San Jacinto Mountains near Idyllwild, California, this nonprofit, no-kill sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding permanent homes for healthy dogs and cats whose time is up at public shelters. The sanctuary is also developing the War Horse Creek Initiative, a pilot program to rescue wild mustangs and gentle them as therapy animals for veterans with PTSD and TBI.
