– iPhone App for your event With our specially designed iPhone app I.C.P. your event booklet can now become digital. All relevant data concerning your event can be retrieved with just a tap on your iPhone. The app provides your customers and visitors with background information about the program, its speakers, partners and other useful information.

Virtual speed – your event online If you’d like to launch your own website for your conference or symposium we can arrange this for you as a full service. Our project manager will ­manage the administration and content updates, ensuring your participants are immediately and always up to date.

Working in sync – virtual meetings without leaving your desk By using our H.U.T.-WebEx access you can arrange your project meetings worldwide without ­needing to leave the office. This makes it easy to share ideas and to synchronize the current state of the project. Communication between all team members is made easy by using VoIP or Callback Technology. It’s a convenient way to share pictures or drafts and PowerPoint presentations or spreadsheets with all involved co-workers – ­saving time and hassle-free.
