Now, as I tell all of my “Food Fans” keep everything in moderation because too much of one thing is never a good a thing. Remember to always consult with your doctor before making any drastic changes to your health or diet. As much as I love an acidic flair on my flavor profile, my dental hygienist is not a fan because too much citrus or “acid” as I so lovingly call these beautiful flavors is a bit much too much on my palette and teeth. If you do not remember anything else – REMEMBER THIS: Get your family back to the table and create those wonderful dishes and lasting memories.
