Meetings are from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on the second Wednesday of each month at St Anthony’s Social Club, Cadley Causeway, Preston. The branch has about 150 members, of whom 50 or so regularly attend meetings. Some people prefer to keep in touch through ‘Our News’ and the occasional phone call. That’s fine by us too. We provide free exercise classes, city breaks and afternoon teas but the main benefit of branch membership is being able to meet other people living with the condition. If you are diagnosed with Parkinson’s it is a major shock. Having been through the same experience we understand exactly how you feel. No one has to face Parkinson’s alone.
