led by Deacon Jane Gibson. All the favourite carols and Christmas readings. On Christmas Day, Sat 25th Dec, we will light the fifth candle at our service of celebration at 10:00am. All the family welcome. If you are busy on Christmas Day and want to relax on Boxing Day morning (Sun 26th Dec) we have a family service at 10:45am when we can share our stories of this Christmas and our memories of Christmases past. The candles of the Advent wreath symbolize hope, love, joy and peace. Our prayer for us all this special Christmas is that we will know some of the hope, love, joy and peace that Jesus came to bring to the world and that it is not just at Christmas time but for the coming year. On Fri 17th Dec from 11:00am we will have our Christmas Flower Decoration Day. Why not come along and surprise yourself with your creativity. All materials provided. We need to know numbers for catering etc so booking is essential. Please contact me. Our take away lunches continue on Fridays. Please give me ring if you want to order or know more. On Christmas Eve there will be the usual much-loved candle-lit meeting for worship. Please bring a torch as the track up to the meeting house is rather uneven. You will be most welcome to come and share with us this time of quiet reflection in the midst of the Christmas busyness.
