To date (Nov 2021), in one year and a half over 14 issues, we have amassed 10,000 reads and 42,000 impressions.
Our issue reach is made up of the sum of our contributors and premium guests on a month to month basis. Our guests are required to send to their email database and share multiple times across Social Media.
On average, we can reach a potential 300k to 800k, depending on the database metrics of those premium guests and their active participation in the promotion. Note: we are aiming for a consistent reach of 1 million by the end of 2021.
I also work closely with a PR and Media company for increased reach.
There is a minimal financial contribution to be a regular contributor, which covers the cost of producing your article/content in the magazine every month. The mag has basic production costs, obviously much lower than those of a print magazine.
We have a new education platform currently being built to house courses and training created with my contributors to sell at a shared profit later this year. Meanwhile, I am eager to affiliate with your offers and launches. The magazine will remain free for now in order to guarantee our reach. But there are expansion projects in progress.

SHOW BROADCASTING REACH This is a significant area for development in keeping with technological and consumer trends. In addition to promotion across all platforms of Social Media, from January 2022, we will host a monthly show on an internet streaming platform that will reach millions across the world through the popular media of Fire, Roku, Apple TV, and e360 TV.
The Posse will have exclusive possibilities to feature in these shows - not available to the Premium Guests!

Our super fun, Preeminent Posse PowWow streams weekly from Streamyard across FB and Youtube.
You will all be invited onto the Preeminence Podcast as it develops too.These shows are then re-shared between our communities.

After each issue is out, I provide you with a series of graphics and 'swipe copy about that issue, which you can use to facilitate promotion. I prefer to know when you are promoting so that I can watch statistics in that period.
GOOD ORGANISATION IS CRUCIAL TO THE EFFICIENCY OF THE MAGAZINE.
You retain the entire copyright to your content at all times. You may re-purpose your content in any way, but I ask you to allow at least 2 months between new sharing and the current issue.
We encourage our contributors to be effectively proactive in cross-promotion during the edition's life (4 weeks). Note: the editions are evergreen and always accessible, so they continue to accrue reads and clicks long after the life of the edition.
Reminders and quick updates are shared on WhatsApp.
Articles - should be between 800 to 1200 words long, so they are a comfortable read. (See further notes at the end). The material does not have to be exclusive to the magazine, but it makes sense that the content is not appearing somewhere else at the same time. If the content surpasses 1200 words, please run it past me.
We provide a cover picture to 'tease' contributor audiences before publication, sent by email. We also promote you personally across social media at least once in the month following publication and as many times as you participate in our regular shows.
important: your content should give value to the reader and lead to a conclusion that they want to learn more about and follow up with you. Everyone loves to tell a story but people will read more if they know they resonate with the author and can learn. Always finish with a logial call to action!
I ask you to make at least a once a week appearance in our Facebook group, once a month (or more if you like) on our Posse Lives on Wednesdays and check the WhatApp at least weekly for updates. You will be tagged there and in Slack for essential updates so you can find things!
Deadlines - I require completed content by the end of the month preceding the published issue. I provide you with themes at least three months in advance and am eager to help you find the right angle for your topic and craft your content to suit your current launches, offers and projects.
Use the magazine as your FREEBIE! As an honoured Posse member, you have the right to use House of Preeminence Magazine as your freebie lead generator for marketing purposes. If you don't have a freebie… use the magazine! And if you do have a freebie, put it in the magazine and promote that! If you have a membership site or community, add the magazine as a free perk. If you have clients, use the magazine as a free loyalty gift. Use the magazine article as a reason to email your subscribers… numerous new touchpoints a year! Partner up with fellow columnists to cross-promote to each other's email lists.
I will create with your brand preferences in mind, and you are invited to update your photo bank from time to time.
You can also submit short training videos in place of written copy. The beauty of this magazine format is that, in promoting to your audience, you are sharing the 'whole picture of success to complement your specific expertise. Our range of topics is based on what is deemed topical or powerfully pertinent at the moment. It includes everything we women love - holistic transformation, mind, body, soul content, beauty, lifestyle, style, recipes, habits, emotions, relationships, culture, creativity, communication, money, families etc.!
All major updates and file sharing is done in Slack.
You will have your own Dropbox file, and I ask you to submit content to this file and then share it with me, so I know the file has been updated. PLEASE SUBMIT ARTICLES AS A DROPBOX OR GOOGLE DOC ONLY - NOT IN EMAIL PLEASE SHARE ANY RESOURCES WITH ME IN EMAIL OR SLACK NOT WHATSAPP. PLEASE TAG ME IN EVERYTHING PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN AND COMMIT TO A CERTAIN REGULARITY ON THE POSSE LIVES AND BROADCASTS . MONEY The participation is US $200 x 10 issues (yearly $2000) divided as a monthly subscription over 12 months in your currency. The monthly subscription is invoiced and due at the beginning of the month before production of that issue. Please note: You will still be billed even if you do not submit an article. I require 2 month's notice if you wish to leave the Posse during which you will be billed.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP Relax! There is no contract to stay for a set period: we operate with the utmost integrity and the highest vibrational energy as an intention and practice. So you can come in and see if you like being part of Preeminence! The principles of win-winwin applies to everything we do.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS I ask that you keep me informed of any changes in your allegiance or commitment to our project so that I can plan. I consider this collaboration to be something of high vibrational value and ask you to treat it as such. We require a complete media kit containing easily accessible, very high-quality photos, a contributor bio (preferably both a short and long version) with all links to the contributor's website and the social media platforms used, plus resources that the contributor will want to offer readers such as freebies or upcoming event dates and information. It is essential to let us know if the photos are royalty-free or any person's name to be photo credited.
