HHPLIFTTM is a non-profit building a movement through social impact products. To do this, we curate luxe goods from around the world from artisans in fair trade practice settings. The expansion into new & larger channels of distribution provides these artisans with critical social services and a pathway to a sustainable livelihood. Locally, through our LIFTTM Program, we onboard people with barriers to employment to produce, design, and market our luxe bath, spa, and self-care goods. The LIFTTM workforce consists of people with significant life barriers to employment, including those who’ve experienced homelessness, serial or extended unemployment, incarceration, gun violence (either as victims or perpetrators), people with physical disabilities, and young adults with neurocognitive differences. Participants receive dignified employment, training, and resources tailored to their specific needs. At the LIFTTM workshop, these individuals have a variety of opportunities, depending on their abilities and interests. Some are trained to produce, design, and market LIFTTM bath and self-care products. Others are training in shipping & fulfillment, kitting & assembly, computer software, and more. The goal: a career at HHPLIFTTM and beyond.
