Why Us?
Practice One: West Coast Sale Price: $1M + Real Estate: $460K Gross Revenue: $1.4M Features: Digital, I/O cam, in process of going paperless # of Ops: 7 Ops, 6 Equip Type: General Dentistry Practice Property: Seller-owned property
During the marketing period, we approached 100 individual buyers and shared with them the sales particulars that we had created for the marketing of the business. We also received 900 web views of the practice via our website. We had three buyers attend the practice for viewings, all of which submitted offers to purchase.
Practice Location: The location of the practice was not ideal. The area is approximately 100 miles north of Los Angeles in a city that is a transportation hub between Northern and Southern California. It is not a commutable practice from Los Angeles or Fresno to the north, so the buyer of the practice and building would either be a resident of the area or willing to relocate. Type of Practice: General Dentistry practice in business for 31 years. Approximately 41% of revenues are generated in the Crown and Bridge category, including implant crowns. Seller referred out most Specialty procedures. Doctor and staff have a wonderful reputation in the community with 15+ new patients per month and 7–8 days of hygiene per week, solidly booked. Financials: The practice consistently collected in the $1.3–$1.4M range for the past 5 or more years. The practice is in-network with 10 PPO plans, and the PPO payments represented 40% of the income. The balance was 10% Delta Premier and the balance cash or out-of-network insurance plans. Reason for Sale: Retirement after practicing for 31 years. Purchase Price: $1,075,000

Why Us?
Practice Two: East Coast Sale Price: $1.1M Gross Revenue: $1.3M Features: Digital Radiography – Panorex Ready # of Ops: 5 Ops Type: General/Restorative Property: Lease
During the marketing period, we had 7 inquiries in first week, including eventual purchaser. Several interested party visits with the visits resulted in multiple full-price offers with the Seller accepting and moving forward shortly thereafter. There were 14 inquiries in first month, 32 overall!
Practice Location:
This Florida dental practice was owned by the Seller for approximately 39 years prior to transition, operating out of 5 operatories in roughly 2,000 square feet of space. The office resided in a medical professional building within a larger medical campus, situated in a large residential neighborhood. While located off major thoroughfares, the area was well-established and had ample parking.
Type of Practice:
Primarily focused on restorative, crown and bridge procedures, the Seller referred out nearly all specialty work. The practice operated on a four day per week schedule, with consistent new patient flow and full hygiene schedule over the course of the week (two hygienists and eight hygiene days). Patients were generally evenly mixed between fee-for-service (cash/out-of-network) and in-network PPO payors and the practice maintained a high collections rate. The staff was well trained both clinically and in practice management continuing education which further allowed a schedule whereby the doctor/owner was able to enjoy considerable time off throughout the year. Technologically, the practice was up-to-date although not cutting-edge. Quite approachable for many purchasers in the market requiring very little special skill or training outside of the ability to provide quality, focused, and professional care” remove sentence.
Financials:
With year-over-year recent collections growing from approximately $1.2M to over $1.3M within three years, there was a balance between crown and bridge restorative and hygiene department generated production. Most of the specialty work was referred out of the practice leaving great opportunity for a purchaser to continue to develop additional revenue sources into the future, while supporting the maintenance of the practice’s make-up as is with expected strong profitability due to properly managed overhead.
Reason for Sale:
After nearly 40 years in practice, the seller was ready to step away from clinical dentistry, retiring to spend time with their growing family while enjoying various non-dental hobbies.
Purchase Price: $1,100,000

Practice Three: Central Sale Price: $397K Gross Revenue: $600K Features: Digital & Paperless # of Ops: 5 Ops with room for 3 more Type: General Practice Property: RE: For sale by owner for less than the current rent payment
During the marketing period, we had 42 inquiries on the practice and 13 showings. We were able to find two doctors that were looking for a second practice, and they loved the location and the fact that the building was also for sale and had room to expand.
Practice Location: This practice was initially established over 30 years ago in this now growing and revitalized area of West Denver Metro. New urban breweries, restaurants, and multifamily units are within 3 blocks of practice. The standalone building is also for sale with 1,900 square feet on the main floor and a full basement with a separate entrance, and is located on a busy, main street with great visibility and parking. The loan payment for the building would be less than the practice is currently paying for rent. Type of Practice: This general practice office is paperless and digital, with 5 ops and room for 3 more. With over 2,700 active patients, most all specialty work being sent out, and no marketing over the last 9 years, this practice is ready for quick growth. Reason for Sale: Doctor bought a practice in Parker, CO, where he now resides with his family, and wants to sell this practice and focus on his practice and family in Parker! Purchase price of the practice: $397,000 Purchase price of standalone building: $595,000
