L

ooking after O’liver is easy.

Exercise by playing games or sport with your friends. Eat healthy foods like fruit and vegetables. Alcohol, some chemicals and some germs like hepatitis A, B and C viruses can harm O’liver very badly. You can get medicine from your doctor to protect O’liver from hepatitis A and B.

A sick O'liver cannot work properly, and that makes you unwell. So take care of O'liver. Eat well and exercise and O'liver will work hard to make you healthy and strong.
