Port Royal Plantation Club, Inc Absentee/Proxy Ballot 2022
The Annual Meeting of the Port Royal Plantation Club will be held on Monday November 7th,2022 commencing at 7:00pm at the Clubhouse.
The Board has previously given notice of the annual meeting in the September issue of Around the Clubhouse. The By-laws under Article VI Meetings Section 4. Quorum provides “A quorum of the Club at the annual meeting or special meeting shall be fifty (50) members in attendance in person or by absentee ballot.” This year’s meeting will follow the procedures as set out in our By-laws. The only approval being requested by this year’s Board will be the approval of the November 8th , 2021 annual meeting minutes. We will seek approval to waive the reading of those minutes. However, those minutes are available to any member wishing to review the prepared minutes in the Member’s portal with copies available in the Sports Shop.
By signing below, I/We allow the 2022 PRPC, Inc Secretary, Judi Chmielowiec, to include my/our membership in the quorum count and to vote in approving the 2021 Annual meeting minutes as written. In the event Judi is not in attendance for the 2022 Annual Meeting I/we authorize this Absentee/Proxy to be given to another current elected Board member designated in writing by Judi Chmielowiec.
