EVENT GUIDELINES Events Time: • No Later than 7:00 PM for the cocktail reception • No later than 12:00 AM or End of Reception • Maximum hours for bar are 5 hours Food & Beverage Minimums: • Main Dining Room: $16,000 From October thru June • $12,000 From July Thru September • All Other Rooms: $5,000 for Daytime Events (excluding Sundays & Mondays) • $7,000 for Evening Events (excluding Sundays & Mondays) • Food and Beverage Minimum does not include tax 7% and 22% service charge. Vendors: • All vendors are required to provide a COI • Vendors meals are $35++ Chef’s Choice • All vendors will not be served or allow to purchase alcohol beverages • Removal of furniture labor $500++ Reserving date and Rules: • A signed contract and $1,000 non refundable deposit are required in order to secure a date • Boca Pointe does not hold dates longer than 48 hours. Will have the option to sell without a set deposit. • Fog and Smoke machines are not permitted • Clean up Fee: $400++ for Sparklers and floor wrap • No Confetti allowed Finals: • Guarantee of attendance with the breakdown of each entrée is required (10) business days prior to the event. • A form of entrée identification is required at each guest table, i.e. marked place card, a colored coded sticker. • Floor plans are Due 14 days before your event • Final payments less than 14 days prior to event, must be the following: Money order, Cashier Check, Cash or Credit card. • No item will be attached to walls, wallpaper, trim or ceilings by using tape, staples, nails, pins, thumbtacks, zip wire, etc.
