Mardi 17 avril 2012 -15h00 : Accueil des délégations au Collège Marseilleveyre Présentation officielle du Collège et ouverture du meeting dans l’amphithéâtre Réception de bienvenue -15h30 : Visite de l’établissement avec prise en charge par nos élèves des italiens et espagnols Constitution de deux groupes -16h30 : Projections dans l’amphithéâtre des réalisations de chaque délégation -17h30 : Goûter pour tous dans l’amphithéâtre -18h00 : Les délégations regagnent leur hôtel
Mercredi 18 avril 2012 -09h00 : Rendez-vous au collège ; Activité « Je présente ma ville » Les élèves italiens ainsi que leurs binômes sont au CDI pour préparer leurs travaux Les élèves espagnols sont attendus au gymnase avec leurs accompagnateurs -09h45 : Réunion de travail ; -10h15 : Présentation par les élèves des travaux réalisés dans l’amphithéâtre
-11h00 : Visite de Marseille et de ses monuments Les délégations italienne et espagnole se rendent en ville en passant par la Corniche A l’issue de la visite, elles regagneront leur hôtel
Jeudi 19 avril 2012 -08h30 : Rendez-vous devant le collège Journée culturelle en Avignon et visite du Château des Papes Les élèves français accompagnent leurs homologues italiens et espagnols -17h30 : Retour prévu devant l’établissement C’est aussi le moment de nous quitter après ces journées passées ensemble
Vendredi 20 avril 2012 Prenant en compte les différents départs et vœux des délégations, nous laissons cette journée libre en vue de leur donner l'opportunité de se rendre en ville et profiter quelques instants supplémentaires pour profiter de notre ville.

Wednesday 18 April -9.00 am : Appointment at school Italian student joining the French penpals At the school library they prepare a common work about the cities Spanish are at the gymnasium -9.00 am: Meeting -10.15 am : Foreign students and French present their own works -11.00 am : Guided tour of the school and sightseeing tour of Marseilles Thursday 19th April -8.30 am : Students arriving at school -9.00 am : Departure to Avignon for a cultural visit of the city with the French students -5.30 pm : Back from Avignon to school th

Due to the different departure hours and personal wishes of the delegations we considered to leave this day free in order to give them the opportunity to buy souvenirs, to pack or just to rest.
