ISIS sets date for open warfare on world’s nonMuslim population By Katey Hearth Pakistan (MNN) — Have you heard the latest about ISIS? They’re planning “open warfare” on the world’s non-Muslim population. “And the date for that to begin is 2017: a yearand-a-half away,” shares Bruce Allen with Forgotten Missionaries International (FMI). Home in Pensacola where slayings took place
Witchcraft cited in ‘Blue Moon’ ritualistic slayings in Florida By Mark Ellis Pensacola, FL — Authorities uncovered a grisly murder scene with an elderly mother and her two sons slain apparently in a Wiccan Blue Moon ritual. “It is witchcraft, I’ll say that right now,” Sheriff David Morgan declared, in a news conference reported on by the Pensacola News Journal. “Initial research has led us to believe it was a ritualistic killing,” Morgan said, describing a “complex” crime scene that took two days for investigators to review. “The method of the murder, positioning of bodies, and our person of interest has some ties to a faith or religion that is indicative of that. The time of the death on Tuesday also coincides with what’s referred to as a blue moon, which occurs every three years.” Occultists believe that a blue moon month doubles the power of spells and ritual work. Two consecutive blue moons are believed to double the power again. “Witches and occultists go berserk at this time,” according to David Meyer, who escaped a Satanist background by turning to Christ. The victims —Voncile Smith, 77, John William Smith, 49, and Richard Thomas Smith, 47 — were found in their home Friday in Pensacola. Richard was an employee of the Department of Homeland Security. There were no signs of forced entry at the victims’ home, and Morgan said the person of interest was known by the family. Morgan said investigators ruled out robbery as a potential motive after finding a safe containing “a substantial amount of cash” left at the house and no other signs of robbery, according to the Pensacola News Journal. “The elements of this case are odd at best,” Sheriff Morgan noted. “We have a very reclusive family. Neighbors have indicated to us they have never met members of this family.”
Escambia County Sheriff Morgan Search warrants have been issued related to the person of interest, the sheriff said. Former Buddhist Lama turns pastor By Alex Anhalt
China (MNN) — In Tibet, there’s a pastor of a new church who has already led 27 people to Christ and has plans to plant churches all across his region. But Asian Access says what makes his story really unique is the fact that he was once a religious leader in a completely different faith: Buddhism. The man had spent almost 30 years as a Tibetan Buddhist Lama, or head monk. His duty was to prepare dead bodies for the next reincarnation. But as he worked, he would often wonder if what he was doing was actually effective. He was worried about what the afterlife might have in store for him. Then, his wife became seriously ill. He used traditional Buddhist magic to try to heal her, but nothing he could do had any effect. During the ordeal, his daughter started making friends with some of the girls from the Christian Children’s Home. She was struck by the difference she saw between these girls and the rest of her friends, and
Asian Access president Joe Handley, left, with 2 Lamas and another man who have placed their faith in Christ. (Photo courtesy Asian Access) she began going to their church. As time passed and her mother got even more ill, the little girl invited her father to church. She pleaded with
him, insisting that they could help. For months her father refused, but finally he succumbed to his curiosity and attended church, taking his wife
and daughter along with him. That day, by the time he had returned home, his wife had miraculously recovered, and he committed his life to Jesus. Since then, his passion has been to spread the Gospel to villages in his region that have no church. A group of Christians established a new church so believers wouldn’t have to walk as far, and they asked the former Lama to be the new pastor. The man is being discipled by the leader of Asian access, and through his care, almost 30 people have accepted Christ and been baptized. Because of his past, this man will be under extreme threat, but he has such a heart for missions that it seems he cannot be stopped. Pray that he will continue to spread God’s Word and bring the message of new life in Christ to the villages he cares so much for. Pride is the seed of all sin By Dr. Rod Hoskins
One only has to read the news or hear the reports today of what is happening around the world to form the idea that humanity is in a fast downward spiral. Mass murders; the harvesting of aborted baby organs;

beheading of Christians; men trying to becoming women; gay marriage and more, are filling the headlines of news. The days of Noah and Sodom are here again. But what is it that is the real root of the problem for mankind. In Rom 1:16-23 we understand that from the beginning of creation, God’s invisible attributes; His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen. Yet man has sought to disprove God’s existence with great effort. It becomes evident that the root of man’s efforts to disprove God’s existence is found in Gen 3:5-6. It was then that the author of all sin planted into the heart of mankind the idea that man could be equal with God. "For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." Has this not been the driving force of evil from the beginning? Without a doubt, pride is the primary seed of all sin. O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations! 13 "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God. And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north. 14 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.' Isa 14:12-14 As an example, let us consider other religions of the world. The premise of other religions is that one can do enough good works to equal God, and thus attain to His level of righteousness. Even the atheist of the world, while denying God, ultimately believe they are gods unto themselves, and therefore answers to no one. Is it not the epitome of pride to elevate oneself above all others? Sadly, pride is so blinding that all truth is hidden
refuse to bow their knee to the living God. We of the Church should not be surprised by what we are witnessing today. The point of this message is: Never let pride dictate your thinking. Stay humble in spirit and heart and know this: We take no joy in a lost and dying world; yet for the grace of God, we also go. Read James 4:4-10 Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.
Dr. Rod Hoskins from their eyes and deception sears their hearts. How powerful is the sin of pride? Consider this, even after the Church of Jesus Christ has been taken from this world, the ultimate testimony of God’s power — man will fight against God. Rev 16:13-16 tells us that until the very end, many people of pride will

Egyptian Christians are attending church in record numbers.
Terrorism grows, but so does the church By Alex Anhalt Egypt (MNN) — In Egypt, threats of terrorism are at a high, but according to 8thirty8, a prayer ministry kick-started by E3 Partners, that’s not stopping the faithful from flocking to worship all across the country. Why the surprise? Terrorist operations have been plentiful in the past few weeks. On July 11, a car bomb struck the Italian consulate in Cairo, killing one man and
injuring nine others. Then, on August 20, a bomb was set off in an Egyptian security building, and 29 people were injured. The most recent attack was four days later, on Monday August 24. According to a FOX News report, a roadside bomb hit a bus in Cairo. Three police officers were killed, and 27 more were injured. With all the threats of terrorism sweeping across the region, 8thirty8 quoted one pastor as being caught off guard by the number of people flooding
through their doors. Yet despite the terrorist attacks, churches are filling up with Christians and Muslims alike, all desperate for an answer. It’s just another example of how God can use a bad situation for His glory. Jesus is Lord!
The evangelist who would not take money A TRUE STORY By Gayle O’Connor Bradenton, Fl. — Recently the Evangelist took the end time message to the streets and it went out as he believed that God would have it to. He stood by a very busy intersection proclaiming the Word of God to passersby while wearing a large sign which was printed in bold letters with the same message. Thirty Eight Bibles and fifty two cards printed with the message of the end times included the Gospel telling people who the Saviour is, why they need a Saviour, and how to accept the Saviour, were given out that day. As he was giving out the last few Bibles a man came across the traffic with a little boy who looked to be about 5 or 6 years old. Clutched in his little hand, he had hold of some money he wanted to give to the evangelist. “Oh I don’t want your money, Jesus doesn’t charge for His truth”, said the
evangelist to the boy. “If you want to do something for Jesus, have your dad take you to the Dollar Tree and buy bibles to give to people who don’t have one. Then tell them that Jesus wants them to have this bible because He loves them and He is giving it to Gayle O’Connor them”. The little boy smiled a big smile and said, “I will”. So dad and son headed for the Dollar Tree. I’m sure that by now he has given out several bibles. Clearly a child that has been brought up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. And ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4. This little
boy’s faith and desire to serve God is not limited by his young age. If children can use a computer at 3 years old, and they can, then they can also understand salvation by grace through Jesus Christ. To all the dads and moms out there – if you are teaching your children about the things of God and you are bringing them up to know Jesus as their Saviour, may the Lord bless you and help you in doing so. Our faith in the God of the bible is what carries us through the trials and tribulations of life. If this, dads and moms, is not something you are doing, let me just say, “IT IS NOT TO LATE”. Turn to Jesus now. Put your faith and trust
in Him. Ask Him to forgive your sins. Ask Him to save you. JESUS IS MIGHTY TO SAVE. He is waiting for you moms. He is waiting for you dads. We are living in perilous times. What will you and your children have to face tomorrow? You don’t have to face it alone. I implore you – Jesus is waiting for you. And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them. Mark 10:13-16, If you read the August edition of “HE’S ALIVE” I’m sure that by now you have figured out who “the evangelist” is.

To chip, or not to chip? By Alice Harrison-Morse
Our pastors at the Source Church have been teaching on the “Last Days” over the month of August. Much of what we as Christians already know or have heard about in our Christian walk, is that of the end times. We know that Jesus, before ascending to heaven, spoke to the church, about the great deception, the falling away of believers. More importantly to us as believers is the teaching of the great outpouring of His Spirit on the body of Christ. We must not grow weary in well doing, nor must we be ignorant of the deception of satan here on earth. We now have technology known as the chip. It is as small as a grain of rice and placed in the forehead, or the back of the hand in people, and is presently in use in animals and in some third world countries. It is part of the plan of the Anti-Christ who will rule on earth during the great tribulation. If you are truly sold out to Christ as a believer and trust God for all your provisions, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being, you are in a good place. However, if you are still wavering in the Grace of God by operating in the flesh or coming to church to bring your weekly messes before God, then chances are you are not truly sold out to Christ. Your walk should be a walk of holiness unto the Lord. A walk, of change, a walk of intimacy, and a walk of sacrifice. The reason why I bring up the chip is that those left on the earth after the
By Rev. Madeline Montez Duffany Dear Reverend, Most things you hear about in public school are negative, but I have a good report. There are a lot of Christian teachers and I have one. She is caring, a counselor, and gives the credit of her success to God. I am only 12 years old and you wouldn’t think I already have concerns, but you’d be surprised. rapture will be in a vulnerable place of having to take the chip to survive during the three and one half years of the tribulation. Those that do not go to meet Christ in the air will be left behind to endure the most difficult of circumstances ever known to mankind. Please take this warning seriously. If food stamps, welfare, and Obama Care are presently your only source of consolation, you are already in danger. This is not God’s best for your wellbeing. He is a God of choice, but most of all, a God of compassion who doesn’t want any of us to rely on a system that is broken. There will not be any of this available to you in the times of the antiChrist. The one world government currency will not be able to meet your needs physically nor spiritually. Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand!!!
