Resistex® Carbon identifica un filato dalle caratteristiche tecniche uniche. Esso viene prodotto realizzando un filamento continuo in materiale conduttivo a base di carbonio attivo e fibre tessili.

Resistex® Carbon identifies a yarn with unique technical features.

It is produced by making a continuous filament in conductive material composed of active carbon and textile fibres.

I risultati dei test effettuati dimostrano che le variazioni della temperatura corporea, indossando underwear in Resistex® Carbon, sono 3 volte inferiori rispetto ai valori misurati con capi a contatto con la pelle in 100% poliestere. L’eccezionale traspirabilità del tessuto permette una più veloce evaporazione dell’umidità. Prove realizzate sotto forte sforzo fisico hanno rilevato risultati favorevolmente modificati sui parametri respiratori dei soggetti coinvolti: un abbassamento della necessità di ossigeno, di 3 litri/minuto, e del quoziente respiratorio e una riduzione di ben 4 battiti/minuto sulla frequenza cardiaca rispetto al monitoraggio ottenuto con soggetti che indossavano maglie in 100% poliestere. Miglioramenti sono stati registrati anche sulla concentrazione di acido lattico nel sangue capillare, inferiore di circa il 12%. Alla luce di questi risultati possiamo affermare che i capi in Resistex® Carbon influiscono favorevolmente sul benessere e sulle performance, e sono in grado di ridurre sensibilmente il rischio d’ infortuni e strappi muscolari.

Attualmente è accreditato come la sostanza più ecologica in assoluto, dotata delle migliori caratteristiche igieniche.

La struttura molecolare del Polipropilene è composta di Carbonio e Idrogeno: due elementi con elevata resistenza agli agenti aggressivi (acidi, basici, solventi ecc). Questo “mix” permette alle fibre, chimicamente non attaccabili, di mantenere la loro integrità durante i lavaggi, evitando perdite di colore, restringimenti, pilling o qualunque altra problematica.

Tutte le fibre di Polipropilene sono, per loro natura, batteriostatiche; capaci perciò di inibire le condizioni che permettono la crescita di microrganismi nocivi. Un’altra importante prerogativa legata all’utilizzo di questa tipologia di fibre è il loro essere ipo-allergeniche, quindi, non dannose anche alle pelli più sensibili.

Traspirabilità: Il peso specifico del polipropilene, pari a 0,9, è più basso rispetto a quello dell’acqua. Questa caratteristica è significativa in quanto rende la sua capacità di assorbimento inferiore a quella di tutte le altre fibre conosciuto con il risultato di non trattenere l sudore. Quest’ultimo viene trasferito agli strati superiori dell’ abbigliamento, lasciando il corpo permanentemente asciutto.

La velocità di asciugatura delle fibre in Polipropilene risulta superiore a quella delle fibre naturali e sintetiche attualmente note.

Isolamento Termico: Grazie alla sua capacità termo-isolante, il Polipropilene trattiene il calore meglio (+ 30%) di qualsiasi altra fibra normalmente in commercio, rendendolo al tempo stesso di gran lunga più caldo della lana.

Polypropylene is indicated among the best materials in the world for the production of underwear, thermal underwear and medical apparel.

It is currently considered the most environmentally friendly substance ever, equipped with the best hygiene properties.

The molecular structure of polypropylene is composed of carbon and hydrogen: two elements with high resistance to aggressive agents (acids, bases, solvents, etc.). This mix allows the fibres, not chemically attacked to maintain their integrity during washing, preventing colour loss, shrinkage, pilling or any other issue.

All Polypropylene fibres are by nature anti-bacterial; therefore they are capable of inhibiting the conditions that allow the growth of harmful micro-organisms. Another important feature related to the use of this type of fibre is that they are hypo-allergenic, therefore not harmful even to the most sensitive skins.

Breathable fabric: the specific gravity of polypropylene, equal to 0.9 is lower than that of water. This feature is significant as it makes its absorption capacity lower than that of all other known fibres, with the result not to restrain sweat. The latter is transferred to the upper layers of clothing, leaving the body permanently dry. The speed of drying of the fibres in polypropylene is superior to that of all natural and synthetic fibres currently known.

Thermal Insulation: thanks to its thermo-insulating capacity, polypropylene retains heat better (+30%) than any other fibre on the market, proving to be much warmer than wool.

Resistex® Carbon identifica un filato dalle caratteristiche tecniche uniche. Esso viene prodotto realizzando un filamento continuo in materiale conduttivo a base di carbonio attivo e fibre tessili.

It is produced by making a continuous filament in conductive material composed of active carbon and textile fibres.

I risultati dei test effettuati dimostrano che le variazioni della temperatura corporea, indossando underwear in Resistex® Carbon, sono 3 volte inferiori rispetto ai valori misurati con capi a contatto con la pelle in 100% poliestere. L’eccezionale traspirabilità del tessuto permette una più veloce evaporazione dell’umidità. Prove realizzate sotto forte sforzo fisico hanno rilevato risultati favorevolmente modificati sui parametri respiratori dei soggetti coinvolti: un abbassamento della necessità di ossigeno, di 3 litri/minuto, e del quoziente respiratorio e una riduzione di ben 4 battiti/minuto sulla frequenza cardiaca rispetto al monitoraggio ottenuto con soggetti che indossavano maglie in 100% poliestere. Miglioramenti sono stati registrati anche sulla concentrazione di acido lattico nel sangue capillare, inferiore di circa il 12%. Alla luce di questi risultati possiamo affermare che i capi in Resistex® Carbon influiscono favorevolmente sul benessere e sulle performance, e sono in grado di ridurre sensibilmente il rischio d’ infortuni e strappi muscolari.

L’innovativa microfibra in polipropilene Dryarn garantisce elevati livelli di performance ai tessuti underwear e all’’abbigliamento sportivo e più in generale ai capi destinati ad applicazioni tecniche speciali, anche in contesti di utilizzo estremo. ®

Il Polipropilene è indicato tra i migliori materiali al mondo per utilizzi nella produzione di intimo, biancheria intima termica e abbigliamento medico.

Attualmente è accreditato come la sostanza più ecologica in assoluto, dotata delle migliori caratteristiche igieniche.

La struttura molecolare del Polipropilene è composta di Carbonio e Idrogeno: due elementi con elevata resistenza agli agenti aggressivi (acidi, basici, solventi ecc). Questo “mix” permette alle fibre, chimicamente non attaccabili, di mantenere la loro integrità durante i lavaggi, evitando perdite di colore, restringimenti, pilling o qualunque altra problematica.

Tutte le fibre di Polipropilene sono, per loro natura, batteriostatiche; capaci perciò di inibire le condizioni che permettono la crescita di microrganismi nocivi. Un’altra importante prerogativa legata all’utilizzo di questa tipologia di fibre è il loro essere ipo-allergeniche, quindi, non dannose anche alle pelli più sensibili.

Traspirabilità: Il peso specifico del polipropilene, pari a 0,9, è più basso rispetto a quello dell’acqua. Questa caratteristica è significativa in quanto rende la sua capacità di assorbimento inferiore a quella di tutte le altre fibre conosciuto con il risultato di non trattenere l sudore. Quest’ultimo viene trasferito agli strati superiori dell’ abbigliamento, lasciando il corpo permanentemente asciutto.

La velocità di asciugatura delle fibre in Polipropilene risulta superiore a quella delle fibre naturali e sintetiche attualmente note.

Isolamento Termico: Grazie alla sua capacità termo-isolante, il Polipropilene trattiene il calore meglio (+ 30%) di qualsiasi altra fibra normalmente in commercio, rendendolo al tempo stesso di gran lunga più caldo della lana.

Polypropylene is indicated among the best materials in the world for the production of underwear, thermal underwear and medical apparel.

It is currently considered the most environmentally friendly substance ever, equipped with the best hygiene properties.

The molecular structure of polypropylene is composed of carbon and hydrogen: two elements with high resistance to aggressive agents (acids, bases, solvents, etc.). This mix allows the fibres, not chemically attacked to maintain their integrity during washing, preventing colour loss, shrinkage, pilling or any other issue.

All Polypropylene fibres are by nature anti-bacterial; therefore they are capable of inhibiting the conditions that allow the growth of harmful micro-organisms. Another important feature related to the use of this type of fibre is that they are hypo-allergenic, therefore not harmful even to the most sensitive skins.

Breathable fabric: the specific gravity of polypropylene, equal to 0.9 is lower than that of water. This feature is significant as it makes its absorption capacity lower than that of all other known fibres, with the result not to restrain sweat. The latter is transferred to the upper layers of clothing, leaving the body permanently dry. The speed of drying of the fibres in polypropylene is superior to that of all natural and synthetic fibres currently known.

Thermal Insulation: thanks to its thermo-insulating capacity, polypropylene retains heat better (+30%) than any other fibre on the market, proving to be much warmer than wool.
