Flowing Lights You have seen this effect in the commercials, MTV and other music channels lots of time and always think of creating something like this. So, in this issue we like to create a simple version of flowing lights. Step 1: Create a new composition 640 x 480 in After Effects. Then create a new solid layer Ctrl + Y (50 x 50) of any color.
