VTel handles billing for other companies that provide long distance, operator services and other miscellaneous services. Therefore, your VTel bill may include charges for these other companies
If you have a question regarding the charges from another company, please call the number shown on your bill for that company.
How Am I Billed?
Your telephone service is billed one month in advance and includes charges for your local service and optional services. Charges for measured service and VTel long distance calls are based on usage up to the date of monthly billing production. Charges for installing or changing your service will usually appear on the first bill after your order is completed.
When Is My Payment Due?
Customers receive a telephone bill every month. Payment is due on or before the “payment due” date, which appears on the monthly bill.
Customers are responsible for making payments in full and on time. It is expected that your payment will reach us by the due date shown on your bill. If we do not receive payment on time, unpaid charges will appear on your next bill.
What If My Account Is Overdue?
VTel does not want to turn off your telephone service and will make every effort to help you keep your service on. However, service may be interrupted if you do not pay overdue charges. Before this happens you will receive a written reminder of possible service interruption due to an overdue bill. This reminder will explain why your service will be interrupted and what you must do to avoid it.
