Standard Residential Service

The base rate for service depends upon how far away you are from the central office. The minimum base rate is $17.75 plus usage charges, regulatory surcharges and applicable taxes. Usage charges are 2.2¢ per minute during peak periods and 1/2¢ per minute during non-peak periods.

Standard Business Service

The base rate for service depends upon how far away you are from the central office. The minimum base rate is $26.50 plus usage charges, regulatory surcharges and applicable taxes. Usage charges are 2.2¢ per minute during peak periods and 1/2¢ per minute during nonpeak periods. Your business representative will provide information on additional business services available. General Information On Local Calling Rates

All local telephone calls are billed on a per minute basis. Calls are charged according to time of day and length of conversation. In the event that a minute is split between two rate periods, the rate in effect at the start of that minute applies. Peak - Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm

Off Peak - Monday through Friday 8pm to 8am and all day Saturday and Sunday

Service Understanding

Your residence service is installed with the understanding that it will be used for normal domestic and social purposes. If your residence service is used primarily or substantially for business purposes or if it is advertised for business purposes, business rates will apply.
