• Local artists transform denim into a work of art through embellishment • Jeans will be on exhibition in the Hickory Museum of Art’s Entrance Gallery April 16 – May 22, 2011 • During the Gala on May 14, the jeans will be modeled in a fashion show and sold in a silent auction • Proceeds from ticket sales and silent auction benefit the Rape Crisis Center of Catawba County
