about the project The pavilion is a proposal to Melbourne Arts Centre for a small site located on the South Bank of Yarra River. The Pavilion is designed to become a modern landmark in the heart of the CBD.Besides, the pavilion has module-based structure that integrates services system into its structural frame.

The design contains 2 units and featured with a central circular courtyard with 2 sensory gardens on both sides. These are meant to create a harmonious environment for the residents with special needs.

about the project This aged care facility proposal comprises of 130 aged care units at different care level. The design attempts to introduce an indoor environment with green central courtyard fully flooded with natural daylight. Vertical greenwalls and natural cross ventilation all aim to break through the conventional typology of an aged care centre.
