As a result of the injuries, Plaintiff was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance whereby surgical intervention was necessary to repair her left toe. 18. Plaintiff has suffered a severe foot injury that may affect her ability to walk normally. Further, the nerve damage may cause permanent damage to her left foot area. 19. As a result of the attack, plaintiff has suffered grave bodily injuries and brings this action to redress said injuries. FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION STRICT LIABILITY AGAINST BOTH DEFENDANTS 20.
