Hillfield Strathallan College 2025–2026 international Fee Schedule
FEE SCHEDULE DETAILS
1. Refer to the HSC Enrolment Guide for items included/ excluded in the tuition fee.
2. The Expansion Fund Fee allows the College to invest in special capital expansion projects outside of normal operations.
n Expansion Fund fees are assessed on the two oldest children ($1,150 for the first student, $500 for the second student).
n Expansion Fund Fees are not required for third and subsequent children enrolled.
3. International health insurance offers full dental and health coverage for a period of 12 months.
4. Guardianship package fee: If the College requires a student to reside with a host family, the annual fee associated with this service is $2,200. If students are living with parent(s) the fee is $1,700. A one-time registration fee of $500 is charged for all new guardianships making the maximum first-time charge $2,700.
5. Hillfield Strathallan College subscribes to an ongoing enrolment model, whereby current HSC students are automatically re-enroled each school year unless their families complete an HSC Withdrawal Form prior to March 1. An Ongoing Enrolment Deposit of $1,000 will be charged to each student account in January each year.
PAYMENT DETAILS
n A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $4,500 is required for all new students upon enrolment.
n All fees, including tuition, registration, expansion, health insurance and guardianship are due in full upon submission of the signed enrolment and annually through ongoing enrolment by March 1.
n Optional Tuition Refund Insurance is available at 2.25% of total annual tuition fee.
n Late payment charges on account balances are assessed at 1.5% per month (18% per annum compounded monthly).
n You will receive a monthly email notification that your student billing statement has been processed and is ready for review.

t The College acts as facilitator of the fees with respect to the collection and remitance of fees to the guardianship and insurance required for enrolment. The terms of the guardianship and insurance contracts entered into by the parents govern the legal relationship and these are solely between the provider and the parents. The College makes no representations or gives any warranties with respect to guardian or insurance, or the choice of the third party provider.
